Mission Statement

Our mission at Al's art gallery is to provide high quality artwork at reasonable prices. Most of what is on this site is photography at the moment. As an artist I work in many different media I hope to offer here soon. I have some drawings here already. I hope to soon be able to have some paintingsĀ here as well. I learned to make jewelry while in high school. When I get back into that I'll offer it here. I hope you enjoy my work, I'm proud of it. I only offer what I feel you will be proud to show in your home or workplace.
Thank you. Alan Jacobsen

unmatted, loose prints
I recognize that world is currently in a economic crisis. I also know that a healthy economy is not so much that we all have a lot of money, but to have money exchange hands often. I know we all need to tighten our belts for a while to ride out this storm. In an effort to help things roll along I will temporarily cut prices, (not quality). When things in the world improve I will raise them back up. so take this opportunity to get in on some bargains.

I highly recommend that you make a trip to your local custom framer, not only because the prints look especially stunning when matted and framed behind glass, but because the prints need to be protected from the elements to ensure a long life span. Refunds will not be given for prints damaged due to neglectful storage. The prints should always be stored or displayed in a dry room out of direct sunshine.

I am looking into some other printing processes in hopes to be able to offer some other options in the future. I will only offer the same quality I demand for myself. If I wouldn't be proud to hang it on my wall I wouldn't ask you to hang it on yours. thank you!!
